drafting a new minecraft character uwu

a little minecraft guy I made ages ago when I was trying to do Thaumcraft stuff in Technic. Since I’m getting really into Thaumcraft again I thought it was a good idea to bring him back uwu
He doesn’t have a name but I call him Tree Walker in my head sometimes. He’s a wizard of sorts, primarily uses a bow in combat, and is a vegetarian!!

“How was your day?”
The man leans back in his chair and looks at you, his head bowed ever so slightly.
“It was fine.”
The air is stuffy around you, making it difficult to breathe. Your eyes are starting to adjust to the room around you, making it easier to see. The room is actually quite full as the lines and shapes become more clear to make out. There are wires and pipes lining the walls. Strange machines pushed close to the wall, all of them turned off. Chests over-packed with miscellaneous items, some of them even unable to properly close because of the bits poking out.
“I’m… I’ve been better,” his smiles grows again. “Right now however, I’m tired. Drained. Busy day after all.”
“Do you want to know what I do now or what I did then? Oh who am I kidding, you want to know about the old Ridge, not… not the new Ridge.
“My day consisted mostly of:”
“Making sure everyone stayed in check,”
“Simple pranks,”
“Occasionally I would chat with Xephos, give him advice and the like,”
“Amongst other things…..”
just doodlin some ideas for my headcanon/au-ish idea that Ridgedog is a being that is essentially Thaumcraft Magic. He affects the vis and flux in the area around him! So, left is flux Ridge and right is vis Ridge uwu
of course, these effects are only seen when wearing the goggles of revealing.
